Teatime Snacks

Super Suprabhat, you lovely people!
Bringing some pictures of culinary trials and triumphs from my kitchen…prepared as teatime snacks. It’s been a long time since I have posted in the Āhāra segment. These are some pictures I managed to click.

First, we have the Raw Banana Tikki I made for my Sankashta Chuturthi fast. Simple Tikki made with Raw Bananas, Potatoes, and farali ingredients shallow fried in the goodness of hot ghee. Perfect when had with cold sweetened curds. The Non Fasting members enjoyed the tikkis with the usual green and sweet chutney. 👇

It’s been pouring in Singapore all of July. So to pep things up a bit to beat the unpredictable weather, Made this Spinach And corn Quiche. Devoured the warm, mildly flavored cream and cheese-loaded quiche wrapped in a super flaky crust with a hot cup of Chai.👇

Then to satiate my sweet cravings, made these Chocolate-walnut squares. My sony boy though not a chocolate lover surprisingly liked them. So will try out healthier options by replacing maida. 👇

And to kill the guilt of hogging on all the maida, chocolate and cheese made these super healthy and delicious Oats-dates dry fruit laddus.😃👇

G2G, Bye for now 😍
